Crown was Seiko's early 1960's line designed to compete with Omega and other Swiss makers of dress watches intended to be worn on leather straps. These watches were entirely in-house productions down to the last screw and hour marker and were powered by Seiko's excellent, 21-jewel Calibre 560 movement
