The World's First LED Digital Watch

The Hamilton/Pulsar was the first LED solid state digital watch. It is well documented in history through the US Patent office and the Smithsonian Institution. The Seiko Watch Co. purchased the Pulsar name and owns all legal rights to the name. Any mention of the Pulsar name in reference to watches in this listing is solely in respect to the old original Pulsar LED watches that were manufactured by Time Computer, Inc. before the name was sold.  

The Executive is a smaller version of the earlier P3 Date Command. The bracelet has the same adjustment links as other models with the same bracelet. The Executive was offered in many different models. One of the first models introduced in the fall of 1975 came with the 401 Magnet-Set module, and Flick-Of-The-Wrist feature.

This is a vintage used watch. It has lived a life before you, so you should not expect it to be new and flawless. If you want a flawless new watch, please do not buy this.  If you want a piece of history in the form of a nice vintage piece, or possibly a dated inscription on the case back, then this may be right for you.

Please note that all pictures are taken on the macro setting. This makes even the slightest imperfections, shadows during photography, and specks of dust appear much more prominent even though they are often not visible without magnification

All of our watches have been tested and serviced if needed. We time all watches for at least 48 hours prior to listing and 12 hours prior to shipment. If it doesn't maintain acceptable accuracy, or function properly, we won't ship it and the buyer will receive a refund
