Winding Mechanism: Original signed 40 Jeweled Lemania LWO 283 movement is an ETA 2892 with piggyback Dubois Depraz module. One of the unusual things about the Lemania movement is the date optic is part of the movement. The date window is magnified on the inside and not on the outside of the crystal.

NOTE: In my opinion, the LWO 283 ETA 2892-2 is the best and most accurate movement that Heuer & TAG-Heuer has installed in their chronographs. The Heuer and TAG-Heuer chronographs with these movement are highly underpriced. There is no way that you could purchase a new chronograph from any watchmaker with this movement in it for the price these are selling for. If you want the very best movement purchase a Heuer or TAG-Heuer with a LWO 283 ETA 2892-2.
